We are proud to offer a broad array of services to the aerospace industry, including “one stop shopping” for many airplane parts. We have also served the precision firearm and marine industries for more than 20 years.
Aerospace
We have served the aerospace industry as a second-tier subcontractor since 1980. We offer CNC milling, gundrilling, honing, CNC grinding, and wire EDM. We have an extensive quality control department, including a Zeiss Accura coordinate measuring machine that features programmable five-axis control and scanning capability.
We use an integrated computer-based production control system to ensure proper document control, efficient updating and archiving, and tracking of all jobs and shop operations. Proper back-ups are maintained on and off site.
We also offer value-added services (including material supply, heat treatment, and other types of processing) that allow us to deliver complete parts to our customers. Our commitment to quality and adherence to delivery schedules are backed by our customers, some of whom have been with us for 25 years.
Our quality management system is certified by TUV USA to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.
High Speed Marine
We have supplied precision machined components to the high speed marine industry since 1989.
Our products include propellers, rudders and actuators for marine craft that travel in excess of 120 miles per hour. We have proudly provided hardware for Marine Technology Inc. and Supercat Rigging for many years.
We’ve demonstrated our capability by engineering and manufacturing the reduction gear boxes in the Bud Select twin turbine boat that was powered by two 2,800 horse power Lycoming T55 gas turbines and routinely exceeded 200 miles per hour.
Our propellers were the driving force behind Circus Circus’ 1990 Unlimited Hydroplane National Championship. We also propelled Cliff Bingham to a 1995 world record in his blown alcohol drag boat, as well as a season championship.
